A note to say how pleased we were with the installation of a new ducted system.
From the initial quoting through to the installation, all deadlines were met in a professional and friendly manner. Glenn even quoted up the job at our living room table, saving time and showing an urgency that other suppliers didn’t.
On the day of install, Glenn arrived with Joel and Dom to brief them on the job. Joel and Dom went about the install in a zero fuss way, and communicated what they were doing and any challenges that came their way.
They were immensely respectful with regards to the noise they were making during install, and left our home tidy and clean – free from all mess.
We are very happy to recommend them for domestic air conditioning work.

I found your stall in Westfields Miranda a couple of months ago, and had Mr Nigel Sampson give me some information about your air conditioners, and then made a booking for him to come to my place to give me a quote.
We moved into our house about 6 years ago, and had a Daikin Airconditioner already installed, I thought that it was perhaps too old to do a very good job anymore.
We couldn’t really afford to get a new Airconditioner, but saw no other option as it wasn’t working properly.
I was very impressed with Nigel’s knowledge and honesty!! A very rare trait in this day and age!
Nigel had taken the time to come to my home, and instead of trying to grab our money, explained to us that the airconditioner we had wasn’t that much older than 6 years because of the model type, Nigel then gave it a good inspection and found that all it needed was a good clean, which Nigel then showed me how to do this.
The time and effort that Nigel took was very much appreciated, and I cannot thank him enough for all that he has done. It has put my faith back in salesman, and when it is time to purchase a new airconditioner we will definitely be getting another Daikin from you, as you obviously have an honest and trustworthy company to have people like Nigel working for you.
These days people seem to only give negative feedback, but I just wanted to you to know what a wonderful employee you have in Nigel Sampson! Please thank him personally for us.

I would like to thank Nigel, Joel and your team for our recent Airconditioning installation.
The 20 year old system was poorly designed but Nigel had done a good job keeping it running until it finally died.
The choice of a company to supply and install the replacement system was easy.
The new system, including the ductwork layout was complicated by the space restrictions but the results have been very pleasing so far and we are looking forward to a cool summer.
