Air conditioning in Yowie Bay is shaped by steep land. Sometimes, depending on its weight rating and size. We check before the job and arrange other lifting methods if needed.
Two-level homes often suit one zoned system. Larger homes over three or more levels usually suit VRV or separate systems per level.
Up the slope and away from the direct spray where possible, with safe access for servicing. Units right on the water need more frequent cleaning.
Every six months for units close to Port Hacking, and yearly for those further up the slope.
