Can you work from architectural plans?

Is VRV worth it for a house?
For large multi-level homes with many rooms, often yes. It allows different indoor unit styles and very fine control across the house.
How do you deal with all the glass facing the bay?
We allow for the glazing in our load calculations, so rooms with big windows get enough capacity to stay comfortable.
Do bayside systems need extra maintenance?
Yes. A coil clean every six to twelve months helps protect outdoor units from salt.
