Nigel Sampson – Sales Manager
Heading up our sales team, Nigel brings his many years of experience as an air conditioning installer and service technician to his role, guiding customers through the process from quote to installation completion. He is very knowledgeable across the many brands we carry, with years of experience installing and repairing air conditioners behind him.
In addition to his experience as an installer and service technician Nigel is qualified as an Electrical Engineer and Refrigeration Mechanic which he employs when designing and overseeing the installation of all types of air conditioning.
Gavin Sampson – Service Manager
Gavin brings more than 20 years of experience in air conditioning service and installation to our Service team. Along with his extensive experience in residential and commercial air conditioning Gavin is qualified as both an Electrician and Refrigeration Mechanic and is our go-to-guy for the tricky repairs that sometime arise.
Although he is experienced in most major air conditioning brands Gavin is a specialist Daikin service technician for the Sutherland Shire and the Illawarra.
His great diagnostic skills and extensive experience make him our most requested service technician and a great mentor to our younger service technicians.
Joel Bults – Installation Manager
Joel joined Alpha & Omega Air in 2002 at the start of his apprenticeship, today he is the Manager and Lead Installer for our very busy installation team. A specialist Daikin, Actron and Samsung installer he is responsible for coordinating the many varied tasks undertaken by the installers throughout each project.
Joel keeps the jobs running on time and on budget while bringing his attention to detail and design to bear on the more complicated jobs. He loves working with Architects and builders to develop great design solutions for new builds and renovations.
Daniel Loy – 2nd Year Apprentice- Refrigeration Mechanic
Daniel joined our team in October 2018 as an apprentice Refrigeration Mechanic working with the installation team. During his first year Daniel has demonstrated a willingness to get in and learn the many aspects of air conditioning installation and we look forward to seeing his continued progress.
Daniel is an avid fan of motor sports and a valued member of the team.
