A multi-split air conditioner allows you to connect multiple indoor units onto a single outdoor condenser, avoiding the need for ducting and a bulky indoor unit in the roof cavity.

Air is distributed through the indoor units which are connected through pipes that can often be run into the roof or behind bulkheads.

The best bit about these systems is that you can choose from a variety of indoor units some of which can be hidden in the walls or ceiling to minimise the visual impact on the space.
